Description Fragrance Notes

Rakheem 15 ml CPO

Rakheem 15 ml CPO by Mukhallat

Rakheem meaning Melodious in Arabic is a scent which is floral and  refreshing with  opening notes of Apple & Rose. The heart of this fragrance is built around strong oriental notes of Shamamatul Amber, Galbanum & Hyacinth which culminate into a base of woody notes of Cedarwood, Agarwood filled with Musk.

  •   Jasmine:- Jasminum commonly known as jasmines, is a genus of shrubs and vines in the olive family (Oleaceae). It contains around 200 species native to tropical and warm temperate regions of the Old World. Jasmines are widely cultivated for the characteristic fragrance of their flowers.

  •   Saffron:- Saffron's aroma is often described by connoisseurs as reminiscent of metallic honey with grassy or hay-like notes, while its taste has also been noted as hay-like and sweet. Saffron also contributes a luminous yellow-orange coloring to foods.

  •   Galbanum:- Galbanum is an aromatic gum resin, the product of certain umbelliferous Persian plant species, chiefly Ferula gummosa (synonym F. galbaniflua) and Ferula rubricaulis. Galbanum-yielding plants grow plentifully on the slopes of the mountain ranges of northern Iran. It occurs usually in hard or soft, irregular, more or less translucent and shining lumps, or occasionally in separate tears, of a light-brown, yellowish or greenish-yellow colour, and has a disagreeable, bitter taste, a peculiar, somewhat musky odour, an intense green scent, and a specific gravity of 1.212. It contains about 8% terpenes; about 65% of a resin which contains sulfur; about 20% gum; and a very small quantity of the colorless crystalline substance umbelliferone. It also contains a-pinene, b-pinene, limonene, cadinene, 3-carene, and ocimene.

  •   Amber:- Amber is fossilized tree resin (not sap), which has been appreciated for its color and natural beauty since Neolithic times. Amber is used as an ingredient in perfumes, as a healing agent in folk medicine, and as jewelry. There are five classes of amber, defined on the basis of their chemical constituents. Because it originates as a soft, sticky tree resin, amber sometimes contains animal and plant material as inclusions. Amber occurring in coal seams is also called resinite, and the term ambrite is applied to that found specifically within New Zealand coal seams.

  •   Agarwood:- Agarwood or oodh (or just agar) is a dark resinous heartwood that forms in Aquilaria  and Gyrinops[1]  trees (large evergreens native to southeast Asia) when they become infected with a type of mold. Prior to infection, the heartwood is relatively light and pale coloured; however, as the infection progresses, the tree produces a dark aromatic resin in response to the attack, which results in a very dense, dark, resin embedded heartwood. The resin embedded wood is commonly called gaharu, jinko, aloeswood (not to be confused with aloes bible reference), agarwood, or oud (not to be confused with 'Bakhoor') and is valued in many cultures for its distinctive fragrance, and thus is used for incense and perfumes.

  •   Musk:- Musk is a class of aromatic substances commonly used as base notes in perfumery. They include glandular secretions from animals such as the musk deer, numerous plants emitting similar fragrances, and artificial substances with similar odors.  Musk was a name originally given to a substance with a penetrating odor obtained from a gland  of the male musk deer. The substance has been used as a popular perfume  fixative since ancient times and is one of the most expensive animal products in the world. The name, originated from Sanskrit  mu?ká meaning "testicle," has come to encompass a wide variety of substances with somewhat similar odors although many of them are quite different in their chemical structures.

  •   Caramel:- Caramel is a beige to dark-brown confectionery product made by heating any of a variety of sugars. It is used as a flavoring in puddings and desserts, as a filling in bonbons, and as a topping for ice cream, custard and coffee. The process of caramelization consists of heating sugar slowly to around 170 °C (340 °F). As the sugar heats, the molecules break down and re-form into compounds with a characteristic color and flavor.

  •   Vanilla:- Vanilla is a flavoring derived from orchids of the genus Vanilla, primarily from the Mexican species, Flat-leaved Vanilla (V. planifolia). The word vanilla is derived from the diminutive of the Spanish word "vaina" meaning sheath or pod, and simply translates as little pod.[1] Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican peoples cultivated the vine of the vanilla orchid, called tlilxochitl by the Aztecs, and Spanish conquistador Hernán Cortés is credited with introducing both vanilla and chocolate to Europe in the 1520s.

Reviewer: anne marie abbott from tucson, AZ United States
The container it came in was lovely...great gift...I shouldn't have order when it was hot because it ended up melting and is at the bottom of the container...not flat...also the cologne I ordered leaked in the box...so it was empty...great scent...so I am sending you a picture...the box itself was wrapped so it obviously was not closed from the manufacturer.

I received this fragrance as a Birthday gift from my old friend. My face lit up watching the exquisite golden bottle. Moreover, I went almost ecstatic when I uncapped it.The aroma is almost intoxicating and will arrest you in its charm. I have never used any other fragrance since then.

    Versatile fragrance! May 11, 2013
    Reviewer: Alex from Fairbury
I am glad that I purchased this fragrance from Mukhallat. Besides using it as a body spray, I used the fragrance in oil diffuser mix as well as used it as a primary ingredient in a blend of perfume mixtures. I was surprised with the result. The fragrance is really versatile.

Alcohol free fragrance March 2, 2013
    Reviewer: Diane Farr from Ohio
I was habituated to use various types of perfumes in different quality ranges. Most of them I came across had a little alcohol content in them. But this one from Mukhallat came to me as a blessing in such a fancy bottle. I was glad that it is completely alcohol free and natural.

Lasted more than I anticipated February 6, 2013
    Reviewer: Anais from Bellevue
The ever-enchanting aroma of Rakheem with blend of Apple, rose, agarwood and my favorite Hyacinth works great for me. The surprising part is that the aroma is very intense and lasts more than a day.
